V-Ray Cubemap 6x1 Stereo to view on the Rift CV1??

What are you guys using to view those images on the retail Rift?

The DK2 had a supported software called Capsule, which is not compatible with CV1( yet??).

Should just be able to use the 360 photos app same as Gear VR.
On Oculus store i beleive.

The photo app does work, but only when the resolution is exactly 18432x1536.

I use virtual Desktop. I viewed 24kx2k cube maps with it. So I believe it will work with any res in 6:1 and 12:1(stereo) ratio.
But as well as the photo app, it distorts slightly.
Too bad there's no newer version of capsule.
