  • BACKBURNER AND DR working together

Hey Guys, I have a question about rendering a few jobs that I queued up with Backburner.
So the question is, when using the network rendering process why doesn't the network render job take advantage of the VRAY DR nodes that I have up and running to get this done quicker?
I am using VRAY 3.40.02 and MAX 2016
this seemed to have worked in the past if I am not mistake
    what am I missing here?
thanks for all your help and knowledge

Did you enable DR when you sent the job and is the Spawner running on the slaves?
    Kind Regards,

          oh yes
works great when rendering locally and using like 5 to 6 nodes
but when I send a job to backburner with DR checked the other nodes do not join in

so nobody else is having trouble with this
            I am the only one?
also, the answer is that it should work?

Do you have 'save servers in scene' checked within the DR settings?

yes, that'll make sure that the other computer uses the same dr config that your local machine is using.

If the slaves doesn't join even if "save servers in the scene" option is active you have to manually log on the machine where BB server is started and make those configs.
