  • When to expect download instructions

    Hi,

I purchased Vray Advanced this morning (about 1-1/2 hours ago) and am waiting on the email that gives me download instructions. How long does that usually take? I have received the email from Regsoft that says my order has been processed and authorized (by them), so I guess my card has been charged for the purchase.

              Thanks Tedi,

I was worried that your message had been eaten by a spam filter or something.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. This forum is a very nice place.

                    Hi Fermí

I have a lot of learning to do. I've been spending a lot of time over at VRay.info.

I second Fran's original post. I ordered VRay Advanced on July 22, didn't receive my login data till the 27th, and as of today, on the 29, still haven't gotten my authorization code.

I think it's awesome that your product is doing so well that you don't have time to respond to everyone, but we're getting charged interest on a company credit card for a product we don't even have in our posession yet!

Maybe it's time to hire a few more people to send out authorization codes? A couple days ago I saw a post on this forum about this very issue and how it takes on average 2 weeks to reply to everyone's posts. Careful, or people might just start to think that's poor customer service.

hehe, that must of cost a lot, hope your company is still doing okay.

lol! You're right, it's not going to break the bank having to pay the interest.

However, the simple point is that I purchased the product exactly a week ago, almost to the minute, and am still not up and running with my authorization code. I've got an animation I'm currently working on that is waiting on VRay for the materials. I convinced our accounting department to buy VRay specifically for this project.

                          Anxiously awaiting....
