bucket freeze for two seconds

Hi,

I have this weird behaviour and dont know if this is normal. When I bought i7 5960X, VRay sometimes doing this: computing with buckets, they moving as they are renderer, but then freeze and bucket dont move for two seconds or so (but they should because they moving fast) and every program freeze, and after two seconds its ok again and buckets jump where they sould be and some bucket are finished in this freeze and programs start reacting again. I just dont know what this mean.

Does that happen with every scene or just with particular ones?
Does it happen only on that machine or other machines behaves similarly?

Is the issue related only to the VFB and the buckets or the entire system freeze for a few seconds?
What V-Ray and 3dsMax versions you are using?

Have you tried to to activate low thread priority mode under the System settings or to set 3dsMax affinity to use less cores?

Yes, I tried that.

Its just freeze everything and then its ok. After a lot of researching last two months I found out some couple of programs doing this. When I install fresh system on another SSD it was ok. But its pretty hard to tell what is making this, looks like not only one but some couple programs accesing to ethernet done it.
