Error when rendering through vray

When i try to open a material editor in max 6 then i got these errors in a particular scene. I am using the demo version of Vray 1.09.03n. Please tell me what's the meaning of these errors and how to solve them.

In the scene i am using dreamscape sun, surface and glu3d particles.

But i have 1GB of RAM and 3GB or swap space.

And when was the vray 1.5 will release. Any idea. I want to give it a try.

make sure that your material editor is set to use vray as the renderer in the material editor options.
