  • Best Offline Panorama Viewer (free or otherwise) ?

I'm creating some VR Panoramas for a client - but they want to view them offline.

Up until now I've only ever done these via Pano2VR and that works online.

Pano2VR does work offline but only via Firefox.

Any alternatives to Pano2VR anyone can suggest which'll work offline ?

    Many thanks.
    Jez

Depends on how idiot proof you want it to be. KRPano also works offline but you need to run a little server first (which is included).

Viewing panos offline has become a bit more difficult over the past few months as Chrome has started tightening its security settings to prevent some of the code KRPano uses from running properly. The most recent build of KRPano, 1.19-pr8, duplicates the testing server to the root of the tour you created with KRPano. This is very useful. Now you only need to double click "tour_testingserver.exe" to launch the pano. Almost idiot proof.
