render setup for external of house

Hi there,
I have attached 2 renders of a house that I have just begun, one done in Brazil, the other in Vray. I want to render the file in vray and not Brazil but there seems to be a problem with the faces on one of the walls, and it looks a bit blotchy in parts I am using IRR map -3,1, the Brazil file looks good but I want this file/job in VRay.
(Ignore the lack of AA on the roof of the Vray house that was due to me +photoshop)

the black face looks like your average co-planar face. looks like you have 2 faces there sharing the same place. as for the noise id have to download your file to take a look i cant notice it that much on that small an image but right now im downloading some other stuff
