  • How too fake groove beetween 2 ID material

    Hello,
I'm looking for a trick to create a fake groove (irregular join or chamfer) between 2 material.
Modeling will takes a lot of time, there should be a shortcut using map, but don't know, yet, witch one.

How to you deal with that to gain time?

You can either do this with round edges, or distance texture and bump / displacement.

You could just separate the two IDs into two separate objects, shell them and then use VRayEdgesTex as their bumps.
