Adaptive lights in 3.5 - 400 Lights

So I have about 400 plane lights (5 different sizes and intensities)
What would be a good setting for this or should I just leave it on 16?

Looks the same on all 3 and they're about same speed, 100 felt a little slower.

Tried it again and between the 3 cant tell the difference (on noise 0.03)
