Hi all,
I read a lot here and would like to thank everyone for all the useful information you guys post here! I have a problem, so I need some help:
XP Home with RoadRunner service istalled a couple of weeks ago. VRay license worked properly before: saw that the service started and stopped in the VRServer window when opened it. Now it's not working. The server loads, the license code is accepted, but won't start. In 3ds max I tried to enter 127.0.0.1, then my computer's name (assigned by Windows), but it doesn't work, no matter which one I try. I've shut down Norton Antivirus and Zonealarm, still no go. I do have TCP/IP installed, which is necessary for the service, but I don't know how to set it up. Until that, I cannot use VRay. According to Tedi the server is running fine, but I could swear that previously I saw when the service was started and stopped. That's not the case anymore. Any help would be highly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Feri
