How to add meta-data to rendered 360° panoramas?

Hi folks,

I´d like to add additional META-data to my 360° panoramas (4000px/2000px jpg) automatically for using them in my Google Daydream View. Right now I have to add it by hand in Photoshop.
Without that additional added data, daydream will not recognize the pictures as full panoramas an showing them up.
Is there a more comfort way to do that without ps?

Hi Christoph,

I assume that you are rendering to EXR file so here are two options :
*) using V-Ray Option Render element to add custom metadata to the EXR file

*) using a prerender script to add custom metadata to your EXR file

Just edit the exif information to 360 camera - something like Theta S or so.
