Not yet but it is planed for future versions. As for now the best option would be to use Separate Render Channels output, it will save the files separately but it won't include Denoiser elements.

in addition to those 2 passes, I realized it affects the alpha too.

edit: i guess it's not - looks similar though.
I don't think this is the same case. There is no V-Ray issue here actually, Photoshop for some reason do not read the alpha properly.

      Exr-IO

      Hi GlassC
Photoshop EXR can not load render Elements, and can't do actually anything. It opens the file as PNG or any other bitmap. The other data saved in EXR (like Object_IDs, Groups/layers, Stereo, etc) are ignored, it loads only the pixel information from the Image and makes it single layer picture.

Exr-IO is a solution (as far as PS archirecture allows it), to have layered Image data workflow as you do it in Fusion/Nuke. It has the latest ILM EXR2 Support, and the most advanced saver and loader Options (mostly for the guys working with sceintific image processin quality, which must be exact).
Vray has, my opition, one of the best render element Exports in EXR, we were all time measuring our work according to Vray outputs.

You can check the Features at: http://www.exr-io.com/features/

      thanks
      best regards
