Question about nightlies?

Are the nightlies different then the two beta versions released thus far? If so, are the nightlies available from the same link as the beta versions? Lastly, how often are the nightlies released?

There are two flavors of nightlies for 3ds Max - "stable" and "internal".
The stable nightlies general include only important bug fixes, the "internal" include much more changes.
There are builds for both every night. For access to the nightlies, you have to write to support@chaosgroup.com. The internal nightlies are not meant to be used by users, since they can be quite unstable and often buggy.
