Windows Server 2016 Render Farm

Hello all I have a question regarding running a farm on Windows Server 2016. Is max 2016-2017 and vray 3.5x workable on windows server 2016? We are wanting to run a farm on our un used blades and and we currently have windows server 2016 running on them. Does vray and max play nicely on this OS?

Any input would be greatly appreciated?

You can also get linux probably for free... Or windows 10 as well... No need server for render nodes.
