Can you get me the scene? I've been trying to reproduce this for a while now without much luck - if I get a reproducible case, I can fix it quickly and get you a build.

I will prepare a scene, as it wasn't too long ago that I encountered that problem again. But you have to open the image in Photoshop to see the black pixel, it is not visible directly in the frame buffer.
