  • Render nodes not getting connected to the manager

    Hi there,
I recently upgraded one of my V-Ray licenses to version 3.5 with 5 render nodes. Since then, I am not able to render on the network using both backburner and distributed render.
Distributed render V-Ray messages shows an error "could not obtain a license (-2)" and the render node gets excluded from the render. But the "http://localhost:30304/#/bundle/rendernode30" shows one render node engaged.
Backburner render after a very long wait shows error "could not obtain a license (-2)" but works fine with scanline renderer.
Please help be sort this issue.
    Thanks

Are you sure the render nodes are set up correctly to connect to the V-Ray license server? If you run the setvrlservice tool, does it show the correct IP address for the license server?

    Best regards,
    Vlado

Yes Vlado, the render node shows the correct IP address of the manager when I run the setvrlservice tool on the render node.
