I am saying this, because of the "Optimize compiling geometry for scenes with displacement on machines with many cores"
As about one and half year ago, I mentioned this issue with multicore machines.
To remind you, the calculation for the displacement in one of my scenes, took 5 to 10 times more in a dual Xeon (48 threads) at 3.1GHz machine, than an old 1st generation i7 at 3.8GHz
And also was random. Sometimes took 5 some other times 10. (on the same frame)
So really thank you very much.
