Adaptive lights slower than full + artifacts

Hi im attaching 2 files from a project i work atm at 3.50.03
Adaptive lights on does 1:46 while full eval does 1:25. And with adaptive i got some strange artifacts in the small lights. I guess its something on my render settings that i miss? thanks

I can't help you with the speed question, but in terms of quality they are almost identical. If you didn't have an A/B comparison, you wouldn't know any different - I'm not sure what you mean about artifacts?

There is only one actually in the small lights on the left/bottom side of the image, like a noisy bucket or so if u notice.
