Turn Down or Off Highlite Burn in VFB

How do you go about turning off or down Highlight Burn in the VFB before sending it to the farm, so that all images will have it off?

just open the VFB and set it to 1 (or untick exposure)

ON is default (at a value of 1.0)
If you want to turn the burn down, then set it to 0, but that will result in dull images depending on your color mapping settings
