  • VrayInstancer + Pflow + Vraydisplacement

    Hi Guys,

I made a terrain, and I have a vraydisplacement modifier to add detail. Problem is that the vegetation is scattered using Pflow on the original geometry, so there is a big discrepancy in the rendered result. Is there any way to make the Pflow respect the displacement map?

    Regards

Aight folks. I solved it. There is a force helper called displacement, you can put he displacement map into that, and add it to the Particle Flow event. That way the particles will be displaced the same way as the final geometry.

Wow if that really works it will solve the odd problem for me Usually I duplicated the geometry and applied a standard displace modifier on it for scattering but it was a huge mesh and not 100% reliable.
