I know this has been discussed many times, but I'm wondering if the best practices have changed as Vray has improved.
In the old days, it was recommended to turn off bitmap filtering.
However, now with the stochastic mode (I do animations, so I'm not using "clip"), I recently read a thread where Vlado said to keep filtering on to prevent flickering of leaves in the distance.
So what is Chaos Groups official recommended method for best render time at decent quality (for animations)?
Is it to use stochastic, and bitmap filtering stays on? Any difference in speed between pyramidal or summed area?
