material override?

Hi all,

Im using VRay free at the mo trying to deside whether to buy the advanced version.

I wanted to know if there is a material override button like in Mental Ray and Brasil. So that when I am lighting I can just override the materials and render with a solid white material.

If anyone has seen this feature it would be really useful to know, as I have checked the free copy and it definatly is not available.
