  • Exclude object from skylight?

    Hi there

Is it possible to exclude objects from skylight (direct lightning from it), but not from bounced light of the rest of the scene?

I'd like to keep lightning conditions of the room as on picture belove (note that there's no ceiling object in the scene), but I'd like to have ceiling object in the scene affected by bounced light from the rest of the scene.

    Thanks for any tips...

i suppose what you could do is use a very light above the ceiling ....and exclude the ceiling...

Thanks Natty, your technique works pretty nice. I created area light slightly below the ceiling, so no need for excluding it
Although rendertimes are pretty higher now

.... this is not Vray toon, I'm still on 1903r version. Final Toon for lines - much more powerfull (hence no reflecting lines with Vray material)
