no authorization dialog

After installing vray 1.45.70 and fireup max6, i didn't get any sort of indication regarding the authorization proses. So i cant "Fill in the fields, click the "Copy to clipboard" button. Send an e-mail to vray@chaosgroup.com containing the pasted text."

Even after i choose vray as my default renderer, its only asking about vray license server.

By the way i've email vray about this (thursday 9/904) and still didn't get any reply

You need to to read the instructions and install the license server

the license server is installed at the 3ds max root when you run the 1.45.70 setup ( at least in our case ). run it and you should get some sort of dialog.
