How to set IR

what is the best way to set the irridiance map modes for animation ? single or multiframe ....etc ,and to avoid any problems in rendering ..

Set it to Add to incremental..

but in rendering all the shadows still in their places while their objects were animated ?!

If you have animated objects still incremental add is the best but you have to save it every frame.

How can i do that is it manual ?!! .. i hope it isnt , where can i find that option ?
