OT: converting Cinema 4D files to 3DS

Does anyone know of a utility to do this? I have been supplied with a whole load of C4D files, but we don't use C4D - only Max.

Any ideas if there is a plugin to do the conversion? I have downloaded a demo version of C4D but the demo doesn't allow the export feature! Typical.

Thanks guys, but Polytrans doesn't appear to support Cinema 4D files at all, and both Deep Exploration and Quick 3D Pro don't support beyond version 5 of C4D - I think the files I have are V6.

I don't mind spending money, I'm just surprised that nothing seems to exist - apart for buying C4D itself that is!!!
