vray for maya

Hi all , we are thinking on moving into maya
any maya uses out there who tried the vray for maya?
what do you think about it compared to the max connection?
are the rendering times remain the same?
does all the features the same on both versions?

There is no vray for maya as of yet...only the vray.exe thing..but that can hardly be used for much atm.
