???Vray Aurhorization denied???

HI,

this problem has been addressed before, ived sent my request form to vray@Choasgroup.com and its been almost a week i still got no reply. can anyone from choas look at this problem and tell us why the delay? Vray is much needed for my projects and i cant wait any longer for this simple procedure to get done. PLS HELP!!!! whres the support?

It is also possible that we actually didn't receive your emails, we've been having some of this issue lately. So just in case you could try sending your mail from a different account.
