No authorization window?

Hello:

My company just purchased a few more licenses of VRay, and gave me one to install in my machine, so I did; but when I started 3dsmax 6 and switched the renderer to VRay, no authorization window appeared, but the renderer loaded ok. What's worse, a quick render gave the dreaded flicker of doom.

Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
