Can anybody explain to me what the VRLServer.exe is?

Okay, I am on my second attempt to try VRay 1.45. Once again when I hit render I get a black screen that does nothing. I go to the Renderer tab on the Render Scene dialog and there is the VRay: Authorization rollout telling me "You can change your license server here." It wants the computer name or the IP address where the VRLServer.exe is running.

I was authorized before under 1.0903r. For all I know this should be my own machine name. What is this VRLServer.exe? I certainly do not see it running on my task list.
