Network Render

Hello,
Just looking at purchasing Vray and have a quick question.
I have two machines, one to work on and the other i just use as a render slave. If i purchase one licence of Vray and install on my work machine will i be able to render using both machines seperatly and together, or do i need two licences to do this?

so do you just install vray on the slave machine but not need to register it?

correct.

In the new version there is a network license server. This uses a pool for your license. This allows vray to be installed on multiple machines, but it can only be used on 1 machine at a time. (used, i mean max open, texturing, and rendering, not Network rendering)

Just a couple more quick questions,
When is 1.5 due for release, if i buy now would i get the upgrade free?
Whats the difference between network rendering and distributed render?

yes you would get 1.5 when its out if you bought now. DR is where if you had 1 image all the computers in your network will work on that single image by having each processor on the network render a tile. network rendering is just the usual one for animations using the backburner where each computer takes a frame to render.
