bake3d help

Hi everyone,
I 've just discovered that bake3d has been installed with vray.
It looks nice for 'render to texture', but isn't there any official help or tuts for this ?

Sorry, I haven't seen that there is so many post about bake 3d, I'm gonna read them first.

no, dont waste your time, it will be scrapped RTT will be supported in 1.5 release...

if not can you please tell us what RTT is

RTT is MAX's render to texture...
RTT support would indeed be really nice...

Although I'm using MAX and VRay since a month now, I already baked very complex architecture for exporting to other applications several times with Bake3D...

i got excited hoping they ll make it compatible with rtre

vray definetely needs some form of baking whether its bake3d or rtt.
and although you can get the existing bake 3d to work its very basic and can be a bit of pain sometimes
