I have some problems with my vray authorization, formatted my computer and need vray working asap, does anyone knows how much time take the chaos people to send such codes? The mail with the auth request was sent 3 hours ago, and still no answer.

We have not received any e-mail with an authorization request from you. Please re-send your authorization info to vray@chaosgroup.com and copy the login data you have used for downloading the VRay commercial build as well.
