Check the documentation "V-Ray licensing system". I followed instructions for single computer and worked fine.

I've tried everything and still can't get it to work. The documentation is very strait forward (but sparse). I'm trying to trouble shoot it with Chaos with no luck so far.....Comment

Well basically my computer/IP address is the number they suggest. VRLServer.exe needs to be started manually before starting Viz. They suggest adding it to the start-up group.
At what point are you having problems?

I added the server to start up and entered my IP. You can see in the log below that it connects briefly which shows it is setup correctly. However it immediately disconnects itself for unknown reasons. Note that two different computers tried to access it.
