simultaneous launch (Max & VRLserver)

I have only one computer , in order to simplify my life, i launch automatically the VRLserver when windows starts (background task) but when I close Max, the VRLserver always runs. How launch Max & VRLserver at the same time and shut down both ?

I wouldn't even worry about it that much, I just keep mine running all day. It only takes up 960k of system memory on my machine... and since most other programs I use aren't as memory hungry as max (and since it has to run alongside max anyway) I just let it sit there in the taskbar.

it takes about 4 Mb on my computer. I'm agree, it's not very necessary but it would be useful
