Making a short film

Hi,

Im making a short film for my Digital Animation degree and plan on using vray educational (whihc i just bought a few days ago) for it. What would you recommend me using...1.09 or 1.46.1? My setup is quite simple..just my vray environment with a direct light, a vray light and two planes that emit white light. Using an irr map for primaryan Quasi-Monte for secondary. Just asking cos i see a little warning in the download section about using the beta for production. Thanks

Give it a try with 1.46.10, as it has a lot of new features compared to the older versions. This way you will be able to learn more - and it is educational after all!
