  • Offset VRayProxy Playback

    Hi all,

I've got a couple of animated vrayproxys that I want to start playing at a specific frame. I'm wondering if it's possible to offset the whole animation start point? The current offset parameter doesn't do this.

Edit: I should say as well that the proxies only need to play once. If anyone has any ideas for workarounds then I'm open to suggestion, unfortunately don't have very long until the deadline on this one.

    Thanks,

    Max

It would be helpful if you can provide more information, or the scene itself. The animation offset parameter works fine for me.

Generally, if you would like to offset animation to start on a specific frame(let's say f25), you would need to set the Offset value of the VRayProxy object to -25.

That works perfectly, thanks very much guys.

I hadn't considered that you would be able to achieve the result by using a negative value.
