Max 2018 Error on start up.........Help

Hi
The error attached has come up, and Max 2018 hangs.
Just installed 2018 full Design Premium suite.

The Updated would not install, it kept failing as it's coming from the Autodesk servers and not able to download seperatly anymore.


Anybody got any ideas how to get this sorted.

make sure you have enough disk space and be sure to choose "Run as Administrator" when starting the install.

I am the adminstrator, and I have 500GB free.
Every year, uninstalling and re installing, and the same issues .............a day wasted with Autodesk problems.

even if you are a admin user you still might need to right click the setup file and choose install as admin...

I have installed all and max starts and hangs with the started screen just frozen and half the icons loaded.

I got this sorted, the installer, is just not always fully installing the software, better to seperatly install the packages.
