SOS licences issue after transferring to dongle

Hi, i swapped 1 licence to another dongle and now we have no licences at all. I followed exactly support steps and idk what to do now

Licence server is latest version idk what this message is.

Plz, someone from support, is urgent we cant use pcs for the day, we need solve this today.

yes if its that urgent that is what I would do, also as of the time that Im writing this it is 1700h (5pm) in Sofia

it also gives me this when i try run licence server now in my pc

OH, what version of V-Ray and max are you running? if its a newer V-Ray the the license server install is now separate from the V-Ray installer. My apologies I just thought of that looking at your first screen shot you posted.

All latest and max 2017. Thankfully i called and they will contact me back in a while. Thank u very much
