doing a cinema.. in ADV a simple shadow mapped spotlight with a max volumetric effect, rectangular shape and a projector map works fine, but renders slooow.
RT gpu renders 10x faster ( at least!) but ignores not only the volumetric (expected i guess) but also ignores both the rectangular shape and the projector map.
i cannot think how to achieve this in RT? yes i can map the screen, and i could even add the volumetric after. but in ADV i get a nice subtle gi glow cast by the volumetric into the scene, it just looks nice.
it seems vraylight cannot do a rectangular spotlight with a projector map.. at anything other than directionality 1 ( parallel, not conical beam) the projected map becomes a blurred mess.
