i already know the answer to this, having spent ages searching.. but .. just maybe... anybody know of a utility or script that will convert octane scenes to vray?
im doing a project where the other guy uses octane, and im using vray. hes doing exteriors, im doing interiors.
there is some overlap, and this involves me repeatedly converting his model to be vray compatible whilst retaining the original look as near as possible.
hes lucky.. the vray-octane converter seems to work well...
the number of scene materials is ballooning, and they keep updating the model
an automatic sytsem would save me *days* of work by the end of this project...
