  • Save LUT correction from VFB option

    Greetings all.

Is there a possibility to implement a future option to save the LUT correction in VFB the same way all the color corrections are saved? I think it would be very useful for quick drafts shown to the clients.
Now I need to open the image in Photoshop, reapply the same LUT and resave.

Thank you for your feedback. This has been already reported and it is in our "to do" list. If this would help, you could use the "Copy the current channel to clipboard" button and paste the image in your photo edit software.

Mind you that this doesn't copy the background image if enabled in VFB. Then you will get the renderd parts on black background, which means you have to go to PS again. A bug I reported some time ago, the thread should be floating around here somewhere.

Yeah, I saw it was already posted in the wishlist. I know I can duplicate the VFB to Max frame buffer, but since I embed the 2.2. gamma in the rendered image (no sRGB thick) it gives me a washed out image. Doesn't matter. I suppose it will be implemented in some future build.

And especially when you making just draft or fast previews. this all should be in buffer. simple to be able to save image with baked LUT.

I literally just now opened photoshop cause i had to apply LUTs to 10 images.

Hello, please can you correct that? Still LUT is not saved with an image in beta 2.
              Thank you.
