Batchrender multiple Scene's to EXR Output in one file?

Is there a way to Batchrender multiple Scene's with Renderpasses to one 32bit EXR File?

I don't thing that this is possible with the existing options and tools. I'm curious to know why you need this though?

I have several houses wich i want to render in one fly and output a stacked exr so that i not have to add each pass together.
