Vray for Rhino with VRay for 3Dmax

Hello,
I model and render furniture in Vray+Rhino. I am wondering if someone doing room scenes using Vray+3Dmax will be able to take my models and use them in their scenes. Can they use them and still use the textures/materials? Is this an easy process or does there need to be specific steps to accomplish this? Thanks!

You could export .vrscene files of your models form Rhino, load and render them in 3dsMax. The only thing that you need to do would be to add lights to the 3dsMax scene.

Would be nice if we can get a "display entire mesh" option in the vrscene.
Hard to add lights if you cant see the objects
