How is your light setup? If you are purely relying on GI shadows for this, you will get errors nomatter what you do. Do you have area lights in the room? Are they set to store with IR map?

I usually use vray lights with store=OFF to get some good shadows, and then use lower presets for GI just to light up the scene, but not for shadow detail.

Best thing to try is lightmap for second bounce. If you don't want that, increase the subdivs for QMC GI.

But you have to find out if these shadows are coming from primary bounces or secondary before you try anything else. That way you'll know where the problem is.

yep I was relying on GI shadows. There is one plane light in window and sphere light outside the window to drop the proper sun shadow. I guess I will put one more ligh inside the room under the celling but I'm afraid of uncorret shadows.
