  • denoiser element

    Hi
I noticed that when I save in exr format including the denoiser, the file is also saved with all the elements of the denoiser itself (noislevel, atmospher etc)
Is there a need for these layers when I make a composition in Photoshop? If not, how can you not save them in the EXR file?

    Thanks

Generally no, those layers are used for the denoise process. Also they are part of the output in case you want to denoise the image in the standalone tool later on.

For the moment you can't. You can choose to generate and save the NoiseLevel and Defocus Amount alone but that will limit the denoiser capability. Nevertheless this request is up for consideration already, we will add your opinion to the list.
