Chrash to desktop while rendering

Hey,
I get a crash to desktop on every render in a particular scene. There is loads of stuff going on there: High res image, VrScans, Displacement on CAD geometry.
The dumpfile is attached. A stripped down scene with a teapot could be sent, but I doubt it helps, because I think it is related to the geometry.
