Tried to migrate custom ui now the vray toolbar is broken.

I'm migrating to 2019.
I tried to save my 2017 workspace and open it in 2019.
Half of the the buttons on the whole ui disappeared.
I went back and loaded the standard ui and started to rebuild mine.
Everything is fine but the Phoenix FD and the Vray toolbars are now broken.
There is one set of buttons which are working with proper tool tips and all.
But there is another version of every button which does nothing if I klick it and shows >>> @!&*# <<< as tool tip.
I can't delete those Buttons via right click. The context menu just won't open. Unfortunately a de/reinstall of both plugins didn't help.
Any Ideas?

Had the same haha, because I loaded my UI before I installed Vray I think. What I did was delete the toolbars in my customize UI > toolbar menu. Then reinstalled. All good.
