Hi everybody,
I was wondering if there is a way to reduce or completly turn off the autosave interval during active shade mode? So if switching back from activeshade to production it will be the restored to the previous interval?
Especially with large scenes, just testing for example little lighting changes, the autosave while in activeshade sometimes causes 3dsmax to crash or taking way longer to complete the save.
Turning off the autosave completly is problematic because, if in the workflow, one can forget to turn it on again
.
This can probably be done with a little bit of maxscript, but I have little to no experience in this topic.
Greetings and thanks for every reply!
