  • Reflection artifacts from VraySky map

    Hi,

when I use VraySky with VraySun, I get some reflection artifacts that are difficult to eliminate.

Here's an example with beer simulation. With only VraySun, and no VraySky -- no artifacts.

With only VraySky and no sun, 6 seconds of rendering -- noise, but no artifacts.

With only VraySky and no sun, 2 minutes of rendering -- the artifacts keep popping up 1 by 1, longer render times just means more of them.

    Thanks
    /Jonas

    Make the sun invisible.
If it was that easy, it would have already been done

Thanks, indeed that solved it. But I don't understand why -- making a light source invisible should only affect direct viewing, not reflections and refractions?
